Vegan harissa falafels sticks an easy homemade dish inspired by the Middle East kitchen and served with basil pesto.

- One clove garlic
- 1 ½ cup chickpeas cooked
- 3 tsp red pesto
- 1 tsp harissa spices
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili spices
- 3 tbsp. flour buckwheat flour works great too
- 1/2 organic lemon Lemon juice
Add all ingredients in a hand mixer or small food processor, mix them together.
Then form patties using a cookie scoop or a spoon.
Now pan-fry the patties with hot vegetable oil, or use a saucepan only half filled with oil.
Fry the falafels 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden.
