Easy crispy vegan nuggets, a perfect dish for extra crunchy dinner covered with sesame and served with mayo or your favorite dipping.

- 1/4 kg chickpeas cooked
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 2 cup of oats
- 2 tbsp. flax seeds with 5 tbsp. of water or 1 egg
- 1 tsp grounded cumin & barbecue
- Salt & pepper
Start with mixing all ingredients in a food processor.
Then Let the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
Form patties with the dough and roll them in sesame seeds.
Now, add some oil to a pan and heat before frying.
Finally, add the patties to the pan and cook until crispy and golden.
