Easy crispy vegan nuggets, a perfect dish for extra crunchy dinner covered with sesame and served with mayo or your favorite dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg chickpeas cooked
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 2 cup of oats
  • 2 tbsp. flax seeds with 5 tbsp. of water or 1 egg
  • 1 tsp grounded cumin & barbecue
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start with mixing all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Then Let the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Form patties with the dough and roll them in sesame seeds.
  • Now, add some oil to a pan and heat before frying.
  • Finally, add the patties to the pan and cook until crispy and golden.
  • Enjoy your dinner!
