Crispy vegan snacks

Delicious vegan nuggets made with seasoned potatoes and cabbage. A perfect snack to enjoy with some mayo or any favorite dipping sauce.

- 5 Potatoes medium size
- 0.2kg. Cabbage
- 1 clove Garlic
- 0.5 cup Buckwheat flour
- 2 tbsp. Flax seeds With water, 5 tbsp.
- 1 tsp. Paprika salt & pepper
- Breadcrumbs
First of all, Shred the potatoes and cabbage.
In a bowl add buckwheat flour, garlic, flex seeds, paprika, salt & pepper.
Form pieces from the dough then roll them in breadcrumbs.
Finally, use a pan to heat some oil. Now fry the nuggets until crispy.
Serve with mayo or any other dipping sauce you prefer. Enjoy!
