Delicious vegan nuggets made with seasoned potatoes and cabbage. A perfect snack to enjoy with some mayo or any favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Potatoes medium size
  • 0.2kg. Cabbage
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 cup Buckwheat flour
  • 2 tbsp. Flax seeds With water, 5 tbsp.
  • 1 tsp. Paprika salt & pepper
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • First of all, Shred the potatoes and cabbage.
  • In a bowl add buckwheat flour, garlic, flex seeds, paprika, salt & pepper.
  • Form pieces from the dough then roll them in breadcrumbs.
  • Finally, use a pan to heat some oil. Now fry the nuggets until crispy.
  • Serve with mayo or any other dipping sauce you prefer. Enjoy!
