Crispy chickpea nuggets is the newest gluten-free vegan recipe made with oats and cooked chickpeas. This dish is perfect for you if you’re a lazy person.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Chickpeas cooked
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 12 cup Oats
  • 2 tbsp. Flax seeds
  • 5 tbsp. Water or 1 egg instead
  • 1 tbsp. Cumin and barbecue
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Just toss all ingredients into a small mixer or processor and mix them.
  • Then leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Now, Form pieces using the dough then roll them in sesame seeds.
  • In a pan heat some oil, then fry the patties until crispy and golden.
  • Enjoy your meal!
