Crispy chickpea nuggets is the newest gluten-free vegan recipe made with oats and cooked chickpeas. This dish is perfect for you if you’re a lazy person.

- 1/4 kg Chickpeas cooked
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 12 cup Oats
- 2 tbsp. Flax seeds
- 5 tbsp. Water or 1 egg instead
- 1 tbsp. Cumin and barbecue
- Salt & pepper
Just toss all ingredients into a small mixer or processor and mix them.
Then leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
Now, Form pieces using the dough then roll them in sesame seeds.
In a pan heat some oil, then fry the patties until crispy and golden.
