First, add water to flax seeds, mix and set aside.
Break the cauliflower into smaller florets
then add them to a pot filled with some water, it should take 6-7 minutes till the cauliflower is done.
Now, chop both tofu and cauliflower into extra small pieces.
Start with Chopping the tofu. Then, using your hand, mix the tofu cauliflower together.
Add flax seeds to the mix to get a sticky texture to form tots easily.
Start shaping the tofu cauliflower into round tots, and fry them in a small saucepan with some warm oil.
Leave the tots a few minutes until golden and crispy.
Finally, place the cooked tots on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
Serve it in a salad bowl with hummus or mayo.
