Vegan cheese

Instructions
First, preheat your oven to 400° F.
Now, use a large pot to melt the plant butter and add the chopped onions and garlic.
Then, add chopped mushrooms, soy sauce, and thyme.
Season the mix with pepper.
Now add pasta, vegetable broth, and soy cream.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes and don’t forget to stir frequently until the pasta become al dente.
You’re going to add half of the vegan cheese in the pot with the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Get a tray and transfer the pasta to it.
Top the pasta tray with the remaining cheese.
Finally put the tray in the oven and bake for 12-15 min so the cheese melt. And you’re done!
Enjoy your meal with some red wine and fresh thyme.
Notes
If you’re using vegan cheese, let it soak before using in warm water for about 10-15 minutes.
