You will need:
• 1/3kg. Cauliflower
• 2 tbsp. maple syrup
• 1 tbsp. ketchup
• 1/2 lime juice
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
Let’s get into it:
First, chop the cauliflower in smaller pieces after washing.
Now, cook the cauliflower for 10 mins in the oven at 200c.
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil and paprika.
Then add the sauce on the cauliflower, and cook for 5-6 more mins until crispy and golden.
