First, preheat your oven to 400° F. Now, use a large pot to melt the plant butter and add the chopped onions and garlic. Then, add chopped mushrooms, soy sauce, and thyme. Season the mix with pepper. Now add pasta, vegetable broth, and soy cream. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes and don’t forget to stir frequently until the pasta become al dente.
