Easy crispy vegan nuggets, a perfect dish for extra crunchy dinner covered with sesame and served with mayo or your favorite dipping.

You’ll need:

 • 1/4kg chickpeas, cooked
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1\2 cup of oats
• 2 tbsp. flax seeds with 5 tbsp. of water (or 1 egg)
• 1 tsp grounded cumin & barbecue
• Salt and pepper

Let’s make some vegan nuggets:

Start with mixing all ingredients in a food processor. Then Let the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Form patties with the dough and roll them in sesame seeds. Now, add some oil to a pan and heat before frying. Finally, add the patties to the pan and cook until crispy and golden. Enjoy your dinner!
