Delicious vegan nuggets made with seasoned potatoes and cabbage. A perfect snack to enjoy with some mayo or any favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
Potatoes, medium size, 5
Cabbage, 0.2kg.
Garlic, 1 clove
Buckwheat flour, 0.5 cup
Flax seeds, 2 tbsp. With water, 5 tbsp.
Paprika, salt & pepper, 1 tsp.

Let’s get started:
First of all, Shred the potatoes and cabbage. In a bowl add buckwheat flour, garlic, flex seeds, paprika, salt & pepper. Form pieces from the dough then roll them in breadcrumbs. Finally, use a pan to heat some oil. Now fry the nuggets until crispy. Serve with mayo or any other dipping you prefer. Enjoy!
