Ingredients:
- Potatoes, medium size, 5
- Cabbage, 0.2kg.
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Buckwheat flour, 0.5 cup
- Flax seeds, 2 tbsp. With water, 5 tbsp.
- Paprika, salt & pepper, 1 tsp.
- breadcrumbs
Let’s get started:
First of all, Shred the potatoes and cabbage. In a bowl add buckwheat flour, garlic, flex seeds, paprika, salt & pepper.
Form pieces from the dough then roll them in breadcrumbs. Finally, use a pan to heat some oil. Now fry the nuggets until crispy. Serve with mayo or any other dipping you prefer. Enjoy!
