You’re going to need:

- Garlic, chopped, 2 cloves
- Onion, chopped, 1
- Oats, 1\2 cup
- Flax seeds, 2 tbsp.
- Water, 5 tbsp., (or 1 egg instead)
- Cumin and barbecue, 1 tbsp.
- Salt & pepper
Just toss all ingredients into a small mixer or processor and mix them.
Then leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Now, Form pieces using the dough then roll them in sesame seeds. In a pan heat some oil, then fry the patties until crispy and golden. Enjoy your meal!
