Crispy chickpea nuggets

Crispy chickpea nuggets is the newest gluten-free vegan recipe made with oats and cooked chickpeas. This dish is perfect for you if you’re a lazy person.

You’re going to need:

  • Chickpeas, cooked, 1/4kg.
  • Garlic, chopped, 2 cloves
  • Onion, chopped, 1
  • Oats, 1\2 cup
  • Flax seeds, 2 tbsp.
  • Water, 5 tbsp.,  (or 1 egg instead)
  • Cumin and barbecue, 1 tbsp.
  • Salt & pepper

Just toss all ingredients into a small mixer or processor and mix them.
Then leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Now, Form pieces using the dough then roll them in sesame seeds. In a pan heat some oil, then fry the patties until crispy and golden. Enjoy your meal!
