Vegan Broccoli bouquets with avocado cream

Vegan Broccoli bouquets with cold avocado cream will make you change your mind about broccoli if you’re not a big fan of it. These bouquets are the best choice for simple yet tasty appetizer.

All you need is:

Broccoli, washed, 1
Neutral oil, 300 ml. (around 1/3 of 1 liter)
Flour, 150g.
Paprika, 1 teaspoon
Harissa (or other spices), 1-2 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
Beer 33 cl. (or plant milk), 1

Let’s get to it:

First of all, make sure you soak the broccoli in cold water for a few minutes then lift them out and rinse it again. Now, cut it into small chunks.

Within a bowl add flour, harissa, paprika, beer, salt & pepper and Whisk until smooth. (The mixture should be a little bit thick.)

In a small pot, Heat the oil (the smaller the pot the less oil you’ll need). Now take the broccoli chunks and Dip them in the batter.

Then, throw a bunch of them into hot oil after you make sure they’re well coated with batter and fry for 3 minutes. Let them drain on paper towels. Serve the broccoli bouquets with creamy avocado dipping.
